Pizza places in the United States run from a counter with two stools and a stack of boxes to a full sit-down pizzeria with a bar, and most neighborhood shops do all three things at once: dine-in, takeout and delivery. Ordering by phone is still common and often faster than an app, and many independents charge less when you call direct because there is no platform fee. Sizes are usually listed in inches (a small around 10", a large 14", an extra-large 16" or more), and a large feeds two to three adults. Slices are sold from a display case at New York-style counters and reheated to order; whole pies take 15-25 minutes at a busy shop. Most spots take cards and mobile pay, though a few older pizzerias remain cash-only, so check the door or the listing before you order.
The business lists hours on 2 days of the week. Typical hours are 11 AMβ10 PM. As with most places, expect changes around holidays; the phone number below is the fastest way to confirm. The listed phone number is (412) 707-1777. Many businesses also reply to text messages on the same number if it is a cell phone. More information is available on its website, sliceonbroadway.com.
Customers rate it 4.5 out of 5 on Google across 199 reviews, placing it among the better-regarded pizza takeout in Pittsburgh.
Pittsburgh is in Pennsylvania, in the Northeast, where four distinct seasons shape local life: hot humid summers, snowy winters that can close businesses for a day, and a dense pattern of towns where walking, transit and street parking all matter. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Pittsburgh follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

My wife recommended Slice for the office because of quality and pricing. I am so glad I took her advice. Everybody was happy with the taste! I personally loved the white pizza. Kudos to Slice on Broadway. Worth the drive from town.

My husband got a pizza here on the way back to the hotel for a quick bite. I took a taste of it as I got from the taco stand and it was some of the best pizza I've had, and we live in an area where you can't throw a stone without hitting an Italian pizza shop. There was the perfect amount of cheese on it and the the amount of toppings was an appropriate ratio to the other toppings. We waited not even 20 minutes for the pizza as well. This stand is a perfect stop for a quick pizza.

Just for a slice; sometimes you may want to satisfy your tastebud. Sometimes you may want spicy but only a slice; the open air atmosphere is interesting and if weather is good you can sit on seats outside and relish. Being veg guys we just ordered plain cheese tomato sauced slices and enjoyed the crispy cheesy crust

Pretty good. Garlic knots were a smidge undercooked in the middle and not very garlicky but still pretty good as a dough ball lol. I like that you can just grab a single slice to go. Pictured food cost $10. One slice is $3.50-5 depending on toppings.

Quick, Tasty pizza slices at a reasonable price. I showed up 10min before close and there was still pizza available. I ordered, it was heated up, and ready to eat within 4 minutes. It was tasty, a bit spicy, but overall good. Warning - I was hungry.
